Terms of service

These terms apply when you create a Trendy Media account or buy any service on thetrendymedia.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we sell

The Trendy Media sells social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views, members and comments for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X and Telegram. Orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of these platforms.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use The Trendy Media.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate information. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Wallet and payments

• You pay for orders from your wallet balance, which you fund in naira through our payment partner, Korapay.
• Your balance is credited once Korapay confirms the payment.
• Wallet balances are for buying services on The Trendy Media. They are not a bank account and don't earn interest.
• Requests to withdraw unused balance are reviewed case by case and may carry processing fees.

Welcome bonus

• New accounts may receive a welcome bonus. It's added to the wallet with the account's first top-up that meets the minimum shown on our homepage. The amount and minimum are shown there while the offer runs.
• The bonus is one per person. Creating several accounts to collect it more than once isn't allowed.
• Bonus money can only be spent on services. It can't be withdrawn or transferred.
• We may remove a bonus, or suspend accounts, where we see abuse. We can change or end the offer at any time.

Orders

• The profile, post or video you order for must be public until the order is complete.
• Check your link before ordering. We can't refund orders placed for a wrong or private link.
• Don't place a second order for the same link and service while the first one is still running.
• Start times and delivery speeds shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.
• Some services may drop over time. Refill is only provided where the service description says so.

Refunds

• If an order is rejected or canceled, the full amount goes back to your wallet.
• If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet.
• Completed orders are not refundable.
• Refunds are made to your Trendy Media wallet, not to your card or bank account, unless we agree otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use The Trendy Media for illegal content, to harass anyone, or to promote accounts that break the rules of the platform concerned. Using growth services can go against a platform's own terms; you accept that risk for your accounts. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. The version on this page applies from the date shown above. Orders already placed keep the price you paid.
